This Negroni Month, NOUR partners with our Surry Hills neighbours, Four Pillars Gin, for a one-night-only dining event celebrating bold flavour, curated cocktails, and gin-soaked mischief.

Guided by Four Pillars Brand Ambassador Sam Hulston, the evening will unfold across a four-course, share-style menu by Executive Chef Ibrahim Kasif — each dish infused with Four Pillars Gin botanicals and paired with a specially crafted Negroni.
