Molto Umami at Itō A teishoku lunch, the way it's meant to be served

Teishoku (定食) means everything arrives together, on one tray, exactly as it should. At Itō, that's edamame with nori and chilli, sashimi salad in a ginger mustard dressing, hibachi wagyu with roasted onion and thyme, and a Cacio e Pepe Don that's quietly become the table's favourite argument. $49 per person.
