Dine Out Festival: Sip & Snack

Aalia & Wine Room and Besa are taking part this year, each offering a limited-time snack and cocktail pairing for $25.

At Aalia & Wine Room, enjoy the Silk Road Sling, made with Belvedere vodka, lychee, coconut and oolong soda, paired with beef nayyeh, a Middle Eastern-style steak tartare of rare beef tri-tip, rhubarb, black cardamom and tahini butter on a buckwheat cracker.

At Besa, try the Spicy Carajillo Martini, made with Licor 43, coffee liqueur, cold brew and a signature spice blend, served alongside citrus-cured mackerel on toast with green romesco and encurtidos.
