Here’s how it works:

Collect your Margarita Passport at any participating Esca venue: AALIA, NOUR, Itō, Jōji, Henrietta Surry Hills, Bondi or Parramatta.

Travel, sip, repeat Move between venues, order the Mardi Gras Margarita, and receive a stamp with every drink.

Unlock rewards

• 5 stamps: Receive a $100 Esca Group dining voucher
• 6 stamps: Receive a $250 Esca Group dining voucher

We’re also giving back—$1 from every margarita sold goes to Pride Foundation Australia, supporting their work with the LGBTQIA+ community.
