Precinct Sommelier Sarah O'Dwyer travelled to Central Otago to build this wine alongside Nanny Goat's winemaker, Alan Peters-Oswald. Over three days, Sarah worked the full spread of Nanny Goat's sites before sitting at the cellar door to build this year's blend glass by glass: Vela for perfume, Bendigo for earthiness and structure, the Queensberry home vineyard pulling the fruit into harmony.

The 2025 ESCA x Nanny Goat Pinot Noir is served across all ESCA venues, by the glass or bottle.
