about the chefs
Head Chef Kihoon Kim leads JŌJI’s sushi offering with quiet precision and a deep respect for traditional technique, shaped by years in top omakase kitchens across Korea, Japan, and Sydney. His signature menu is minimal, refined, and crafted with feeling.
Alongside him, Executive Chef Erik Ortolani presents a bold, à la carte menu of shareable dishes—elevated yet approachable. Completely versatile and utterly delicious, JŌJI offers something for every occasion, whether guests are dropping in for a light snack, a full meal, or a late-night bite.
