about the chefs
Executive Chef Ibrahim Kasif leads Besa’s kitchen with a produce-driven approach inspired by the regional traditions of Spain. His menu celebrates the spirit of tapas culture, generous, flavourful dishes built around fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables and simple, confident cooking.
Working alongside him, Head Chef Alan Kropman helps bring the menu to life with a vibrant selection of seasonal tapas designed for sharing. Relaxed yet considered, Besa offers the perfect setting for a few plates, a full table spread, or drinks that turn easily into dinner.
